2. Service Terms

2.1 Scope of Services

The scope of each cleaning visit is agreed upon between Dexlivo and the client prior to the visit. Services performed during a visit are limited to the scope confirmed at booking. Any additional tasks requested on the day of service may incur additional charges and are subject to the technician's availability and judgment.

2.2 Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed appointment time. If access cannot be obtained at the scheduled time due to client-side circumstances, a cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply, as outlined in the booking confirmation.

2.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or changes to scheduled appointments must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a service fee. Dexlivo reserves the right to reschedule visits due to staff illness, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control, with reasonable advance notice to the client where possible.

2.4 Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Secure or remove fragile, irreplaceable, or high-value items prior to a cleaning visit
• Inform Dexlivo of any known hazards, access restrictions, or special requirements prior to the visit
• Ensure pets are secured or managed during cleaning visits to maintain a safe working environment
• Provide accurate property information when booking (size, number of rooms, condition)

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is confirmed prior to each service and communicated to the client in writing or by phone. The cost estimator tool on this website provides approximate ranges only and does not constitute a binding quote. Actual pricing may vary based on property condition, additional scope, or factors identified during the visit that were not disclosed at booking.

Invoices are issued following each completed service visit. Payment is due within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Recurring plan clients may be subject to different billing arrangements as agreed in writing.

4. Liability Limitations

Dexlivo carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage to property caused by our staff during a service visit, we will assess the situation and respond in accordance with our insurance coverage and the specific circumstances. Clients are encouraged to document pre-existing damage or wear to their property prior to service visits.

Dexlivo is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to surfaces, items, or fixtures
• Damage caused by faulty or improperly installed fixtures, appliances, or surfaces
• Items not disclosed or improperly stored prior to the visit
• Loss of income, business interruption, or indirect damages of any kind
